Terminology

For purposes of this Agreement (the “Agreement”), the Platform is referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our.” Users and other visitors to the Platform are referred to as “you,” “your,” or “User.” Collectively, “we” and “you” are the “Parties,” and individually, a “Party.”

Processing and Retention Periods for Personal Information

We will process and retain your personal data for as long as required by law or for the period agreed when we collected it from you.

Collaboration with law enforcement authorities in investigations.

In general, we retain your personal data for 1.5 years after you delete your account, or if it is deactivated due to misuse. This timeframe allows for any reviews by financial institutions or investigations by authorities. If no such reviews or investigations occur, we will permanently delete your data at the end of this period.

If a legal violation is under active investigation, we will retain your information until the investigation concludes.

If there is any outstanding debt or credit associated with your use of our services, we will retain your information until the balance is settled.

This Agreement applies to all Users who trade on the Auge Luxent Global website or its mobile app (the 'Platform'). Users must adhere to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and comply with applicable laws and regulations governing personal information and data protection in their respective country or region.

Invocation

Any reference in this Agreement to codes, statutory decrees, or administrative regulations is to the latest amended version, whether the amendment took place before or after this Agreement was executed.

The headings in this Agreement are provided solely for convenience and do not affect the interpretation of the terms and conditions. Any references to statements, terms, conditions, annexes, or schedules pertain exclusively to those contained in this Agreement.

Information Collected

Users acknowledge that the Platform may use cookies to monitor their activity while using the Platform and to collect various data, including but not limited to IP addresses, geographic locations, and other relevant information. For example, we may use video (including audio) recordings to verify the identities of P2P merchants and to serve as evidence in P2P order disputes. Additionally, facial video (including audio) may be used for Auge Luxent identity verification on third-party platforms..

Limitation of Liability

Although the Platform implements technical and organizational measures to protect your information, we cannot guarantee that data transmitted over the internet is 100% secure. Accordingly, we do not make any warranties regarding the security of the personal information you provide, and we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your personal data.

Amendments to this Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. If we update the Privacy Policy, we will inform you by posting the revised policy, including the new effective date and a summary of the changes. In certain cases, we may also send you a direct notification. Please review the Privacy Policy regularly. By continuing to use the Platform after changes take effect, you agree to the updated terms.

We will issue official announcements only via the verified contact details you provide or by posting them directly on the Platform. We are not liable for any losses arising from reliance on information obtained through other channels.
